What is the cost per trainee?

The investment per trainee is generally around 50% less compared with traditional face to face training with an external consultant. More importantly, it’s on-the-job training. Brands save costs, participants save time and can immediately apply what they learn.

How to be sure that trainees really learn?

Brands actually do know more about the learning rate compared to traditional face to face.

That’s the magic of digital learning: activity is tracked (participation, completion, and assignments). Coaches will also track any gaps and contact if needed.

How to measure the return on investment?

There will be 3 increased aspects: sales advisor self-confidence (compared to before training), rate of interest (capacity to create leads), rate of conversion (capacity to close sales). We are very pleased to assist in setting a protocol for measurement.
